Life has come to Nesto. The moment we’ve been waiting for has finally arrived. The first 164 flats in three residential buildings in the most modern neighbourhood in Petržalka have received their final approvals and their new owners are gradually moving in. The first ‘Nestonians’ have already settled in, and are enjoying the peaceful atmosphere just a stone’s throw from Bratislava’s city centre.

Nesto’s Na námestí zone is now home to its first residents. The flats across three residential buildings light up in the evenings and the children’s playground under their windows is also bustling with life, just like the nearby revitalised forest park. We have delivered almost all the completed flats to their new owners, but there are still some properties available and ready for you to move in. Nesto is growing according to our ambitious plans for this greenfield project. We are happy to see the first Nestonians singing the praises of its first completed stage. “I was really looking forward to moving to Nesto. It has an ideal road and cyclepath connection to the centre of Bratislava and to Austria. I believe it will gradually grow into a modern neighbourhood where you have everything at hand. I really enjoy the nearby forest park where you can go for a walk, relax, have a barbecue and also learn about the history,” said Zuzana.

“My family and I are slowly settling in at Nesto. I appreciate the high quality of the construction workmanship. I am glad that the inner courtyards and the surrounding areas are full of greenery and that children can play at the new playground right outside the windows. It’s quiet and peaceful here – just what we’ve been looking for in Bratislava. Nesto is the perfect place for young families with children,” said Marián about the benefits of the new neighbourhood.

The nearby square will also gradually grow in line with our goal to make it the best in Slovakia – a place where Nesto residents can meet to organise and enjoy regular community events. A strong community of friendly neighbours is an added value in any modern housing development, and our quality public space, full of greenery, will help build this community in a natural way.
