Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll take care of the professional installation and hand over your apartment fully finished—just the way you envisioned it.

Included in the purchase price

Your chosen finishes can be included in the contract and financed as part of your mortgage.

How to proceed

Choose your dream apartment from the Nesto Prime selection.

We’ll prepare the necessary contract documents for signing – the Future Purchase Agreement.

After signing the Future Purchase Agreement, we’ll provide you with a list of suppliers where you can choose finishes to suit your personal style.

Once you’ve chosen your finishes, simply bring us the quotes from our approved suppliers. We’ll then update your Future Purchase Agreement with the selected options through an addendum.

As part of our “Freedom of Choice” promotion, the purchase price includes a developer contribution of €200 per m² of interior space toward your chosen finishes. For full details, please refer to the terms and conditions.

If the cost of your selected finishes exceeds the contribution amount, the difference will be added to the purchase price outlined in your agreement.

Once your selected finishes have been added to the agreement, you’ll be able to apply for mortgage financing that covers both the apartment and your custom interior.

Working with our trusted suppliers, we’ll take care of the professional installation of your selected finishes. After final approval, your apartment will be handed over in the custom design you envisioned.
